To proceed with your employment process, please follow these steps below:

Step1. Fingerprinting

   with some vital informations.

• Schedule your fingerprint appointment as directed on the form.
• Send us your appointment details and a copy of your fingerprint receipt via email or text to apply@assurancecaresupport.com.

Step 2. Drug Test

• Schedule your drug test using the following link (it will open in new tab): https://appointment.questdiagnostics.com/schedule-appointment/as-personal-information
• After scheduling, please send us your appointment date.
• We will provide you with the official drug test form one day before your appointment. Please note that the drug test must be completed within 48 hours of receiving the form.

Important: Only schedule dates when you are available to complete both the fingerprinting and drug test.
